Since 1995, The Williams Agency has helped organizations in the public and private sectors achieve their marketing goals. Over the years, The Williams Agency has worked with a broad range of nonprofit, government and corporate clients. For government agencies, we offer marketing solutions to help you reach “hard to reach” markets. For nonprofit organizations, we are your marketing department helping you advance your movement, and for for-profit companies, we help you develop, implement, and maintain your corporate conscience.
We are a WBE/SBE/MBE business and seek mutually beneficial and enriching partnerships with prime contractors for federal and state business. We seek meaningful partnership and opportunities to work with prime contractors as subcontractors and ancillary partners in fulfilling their diversity goals.
The Williams Agency’s team consistently donates time to the community. We have provided pro-bono services to organizations such as Sustainable Business Network, The American Lung Association, Children’s Museum Boston, Jobs for Youth, Teens Against Gang Violence, Cambridge Carnival International, Inc., and the national office of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.
The Agency’s Founder, Nicola Williams has served in leadership positions on several nonprofit boards, such as the Children’s Museum Boston and Crispus Attucks Children’s Center. She serves in the Board of the Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts. SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT
As a certified Sustainable Business Leader, we make a conscious effort to minimize our impact on the environment at the office and through our work. We encourage clients to do so as well. By purveying local and sustainable goods, reducing energy in the office, re-using or recycling materials when possible, going paperless at meetings, and encouraging employees to bike or take public transport, we are always seeking ways to minimize our environmental footprint. Many of our events are Zero-Waste, meaning that we maximize composting and recycling to limit the amount of trash that goes to the landfills. We strive to increase education and awareness about sustainability with the work that we do and we hope you will take part in it too!
